Amy Osborne is a senior counsel in Stream Kim’s employment law group. She has extensive experience representing and advising private and public sector employers in all facets of employment and labor law compliance, disputes, litigation, administrative proceedings, and appeals. Amy has extensive experience advising and representing clients on all employment topics including hiring, wage and hour compliance, discipline and termination, and compliance with all state and federal regulations related to the employer/employee relationship.
Amy also serves as an independent investigator conducting workplace investigations involving allegations ranging from harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, to assault and misuse of public funds.
Amy also handles a wide variety of cases at the firm involving general business litigation and personal injury litigation.
