Elizabeth Duran is an associate with Stream Kim specializing in complex business litigation. Ms. Duran represents clients through all phases of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, and through the alternative dispute resolution process.
While in law school, Ms. Duran was a staff member of the University of California, Irvine School of Law UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law and was the First Place Winner of the 2022 Mock Trial Competition. She completed over 300 hours of pro bono service with various organizations, including the Public Law Center, Al Otro Lado, and the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. Ms. Duran also completed two internships with the Riverside Public Defender’s Officer, Crimmigration Unit and the Public Law Center’s Immigration Unit.
