Xiaoli “Shirley” Li earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in American Law from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tianjin University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from China University of Political Science and Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. A native of China, Ms. Li passed the Chinese Bar in 2019 and is fluent in Mandarin.
During her time in law school, Ms. Li gained valuable experience as a summer associate at Stream Kim and contributed to the University of California, Irvine School of Law’s Community & Economic Development Clinic.
